Videos will walk you through trouble shooting and checking your machine offsets to make sure you have the best blade to router alignment.


Before changing any of your numbers it is a good idea to take a picture of them so we can help assist you get back to where the machine was prior to the changes!

The first step to getting a good transition is to dial in the A and C Axis. The video below will show you how to accomplish this.

Once you’ve completed the blade dialing, you will want to do the blade offset cut and blade kerf. It’s important to verify with each blade change that you cut a new offset square and input this along with your blades kerf. The video below will show you how to do this.

Lastly if the cuts are still not lining up, you will need to complete these five (5) machine offsets. The video below will go through step by step on how to dial them in.
