Improper garnet hose routing can cause flow issues, see the procedure detailed below for proper garnet hose routing. When finished the garnet hose should follow a straight direct path as shown, any excess hose along the path can allow garnet to build up and cause a blockage.
Choose the correct routing for the Garnet delivery hose.
1. From the abrasive regulator route the hose through the frame
2. Route the hose through the microwave flow sensor.
3. Route the hose through the frame.
4. Route the hose through the swivel assembly

Route the hose through the hose clamp. IMPORTANT: the clamp should NOT pinch the hose, it should be loose enough that the hose can slide inside the clamp without much effort. (Clamp part number: 9070116)

Safely lower the nozzle. Route the hose so it has a smooth bend when attached to the nozzle assembly.
